In addition low level of vitamin, nutrients and calcium may bring about these pains.

Pregnancy in women is another factor. During this time, women body weight increases. Pressure contributed by this body, mass makes one feel aches. Hormones that are released by the body during this time also play a part in sudden changes in the bone structure. This explains why there are labor pains which aids in child birth. If pregnant women, fail to follow advice, decrease in vital nutrients may cause pain.

Size of the body can also bring the pains. Obese people expose their anatomy to exceeding weight which may cause harm to the bones. Medics in their research came to realize, that excessive weight applies enormous stress on the knees and hip. This causes wear and tear.
